The light source is a KrF excimer laser (Coherent Bragg\u2011Star Industrial, 248 nm, 1 kHz, 10 mJ), providing stable UV exposure for high\u2011quality grating fabrication in photosensitive optical fibers (SSMF, PM fibers, or specialty fibers).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For fibers with low intrinsic photosensitivity, a high\u2011pressure hydrogen\u2011loading chamber is available (100% H<sub>2<\/sub>, 200 bar, 150 \u00b0C) to enhance UV responsiveness prior to inscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For characterization and testing, the lab is equipped with optical spectrum analyzers covering 600\u20131700 nm, as well as a temperature chamber and strain test bench. These resources enable comprehensive spectral, thermal, and mechanical characterization. &nbsp; We support research and collaborative projects in fiber\u2011optic sensing and communications.
